Message They can all match except the last set. They will be off by at least one. IP addresses have expiration dates. After this expiration date, a new one will be issued and the old one will be passed on or set aside at random. This is done by the ISP. The only way for 2 different people to have the same IP address it for it to be done at 2 separate times. One person can have an IP address and then when it expires, it might be issued to another person at a later date. The odds of 2 different members on this one website having the same IP address are very, very slim. This might still sounds confusing but it is pretty basic.
